Body Image Group for Young Women (Virtual)

For women in their 20s and 30s, beginning November 13th. Do you hate what you see when you look at yourself in the mirror? Do you have negative thoughts about your body? Do you wish you felt more confident, more worthy? In this virtual 8 week body image group, we'll talk about societal pressures, self esteem, values and priorities, and objectification.
