My approach includes mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion based therapy, and trauma informed care to help those seeking long or short term therapy. I highly value the presence of validation, trust, humor, and compassion in a therapeutic relationship.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and have 11+ years of clinical experience. I am currently offering telehealth sessions for individuals 18 years of age or older.

I gained my clinical counseling experience working in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, labile moods, trauma/PTSD, relationships, dual diagnosis, behavioral addictions, self harm, suicidality, emotional eating, and more.
