Being a mom is hard! Finding a community to support you as you navigate this rocky yet nourishing journey is helpful in order increase internal compassion, self-awareness, and ultimately self-acceptance. Let’s talk about, let’s breath about it, let’s move about it! Join psychotherapists, Megan Schnell and Rickie Kostiner in a mom processing group. We will tackle everything from worries and fears to strengths and resilience. We will offer tools, techniques, guidance, and most importantly compassionate space for all. This is a group for all moms on their path of motherhood. $50/group or UHC accepted

Move Toward Overcoming Anxiety
Explore self-healing modalities which are effective and profoundly liberating when combating the debilitating effects of anxiety. In this 8 week workshop, you will learn breath-work, meditation and gentle yoga movement techniques that help to break the psychological, biochemical, and physical cycles that keep anxiety in your life. The sessions include education related to what happens in your mind and body while experiencing anxiety, tools to "turn off" the fight or flight response, and "turn on" the relaxation response, acupuncture (optional) during an extended guided meditation, daily exercises/lifestyle suggestions, nutrition and aromatherapy.

Move Toward Stress Relief
This specialty class is designed to help clients unwind and find relief from a stressful work day and/or stressful life event. During this class, clients will learn techniques to reduce the impact of stress before, during and after a stressful life event as well as engage in a yoga practice that focuses on strengthening and restorative postures, cooling breath, guided visualization and non-directive dialogue. While yoga therapy has been proven to increase the benefits of other therapeutic treatment modalities and is available to existing therapy clients, this class is also beneficial to students who are not in therapy.
