I use my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and my knowledge of systemic oppression to primarily provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for Queer, Trans, Nonbinary people and/or BIPOC. I started my work focused on eating disorders and continue to work with this population as well. However, all are welcome at my door!

Are you someone who finds themselves eating even when they aren't hungry? Do you eat out of boredom, for comfort, or to deal with other emotions? Are you tired of obsessing about food throughout your days or the endless fad diets that don't end up working? Perhaps this group is what you need! This is a processed based group for those who struggle with compulsive overeating and binge eating. We will meet weekly to discuss day to day struggles, build community, and develop skills. As the end of senior year approaches, the anxiety begins to creep in. Am I ready? Did I pick the right school? Have I done everything on my senior bucket list? Will I fit in? Will I make new friends? Will I be able to get my work done? The anxiety might be mixed with excitement and other feelings that create a ball of entangled emotions. This 6 week group will be both a process and skills based group to help teens with the pending college transition - a place for community and a place to develop new skills.
