Life transitions, like going off to college, living on your own, parenting, marriage, adulting, and divorce are all fraught with self-doubt and judgments.
Some clients simply seek clarity and support with a specific transition causing a disruption in their lives. Others seek to uncover patterns of behavior that have been preventing them from living the lives they desire or having the relationships they find most fulfilling. I'm here to listen and help you through it.
I have over a decade of experience providing therapy to individuals, groups and couples. I specialize in assessment for Emotional Support Animal(s), utilizing The Daring Way™ with adults and teens, and EMDR treatment of attachment injuries and trauma.
