I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches that have been researched and proven effective. When working with children, teens, and parents, I utilize several forms of play therapy. I also utilize exposure therapy, internal family systems informed EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, expressive art techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
