Difficult conversations are my specialty. I offer a compassionate and accepting space for my clients to explore the stressors that keep them from being who they want to be. The adults and adolescents that I work with often come to me feeling stuck and uncertain about how to best navigate important decisions in their lives. By connecting to your desires, your needs and yourself, you can learn to put yourself first and live your life for you. Throughout this process, you can count on me to shine a light on even the littlest of wins while you experiment with new ways of navigating the world.

I’m passionate about helping teens, adults and couples going through emotional difficulties resulting from communication issues, low self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, phobias, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ identities. Together, we can discover the best way for you to accept and cope with your emotions in a way that’s uniquely tailored to your experiences and strengths.

As a neurodivergent queer bi-racial woman, I know how difficult it can be to acknowledge, love and accept all parts of yourself. I also know the joy you can experience once you commit to the practice. My full session fee is $200; I also offer sliding scale rates starting at $145 for individuals and $170 for couples.
