I specialize in working trauma survivors, particularly those who have endured various forms of trauma such as childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, emotional abuse, verbal abuse, and physical abuse as well as chronic illness and medical trauma. I utilize various trauma-informed therapies to ensure that my clients receive the empathetic care they need to navigate these complex challenges. My approach goes beyond addressing symptoms; I empower clients to build understanding of their triggers and coping mechanisms.
