My specialties include women's health, infertility, perinatal mental health, trauma/PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, self-esteem, adjustment and transitional issues, grief/loss, perfectionism and over-functioning, and relationship difficulties. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and a Certified EMDR therapist.
My approach is warm & collaborative with a strong relationship as the foundation. I'll help you gain insight, problem-solve, find relief, & sustain meaningful change.
