I utilize a holistic approach to healing, focusing on the integration of emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. I am passionate about walking with those navigating chronic illness, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, the adjustment to parenthood, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I incorporate a variety of interventions in my sessions, including CBT, ACT, Interpersonal Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy and compassion-focused approaches, among others. I am also trained in EMDR with an attachment lens. Through the therapeutic process, my desire is for each person to experience restoration, peace, and wholeness in their lives.
