Online/In-person DBT Coping Skills Group
Come learn essential skills to cope with a myriad of different struggles, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, stress, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, impulsivity, and much more. This open-enrollment group can be attended at any point of the course. This group is focused on skills teaching and application for those looking for immediate relief from symptoms. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), is based on helping individuals identify and regulate intense emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop coping strategies to manage distressing situations.
