I integrate my nursing experience with counseling techniques, providing a holistic perspective that addresses your mental health needs. I offer therapy with a Choice Theory/Reality Therapy (CT/RTC) lens, sprinkled in with some positive psychology and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I have also been trained in ART (accelerated resolution therapy).
