Self-exploration can be an intimidating task. I have the honor of accompanying my clients on such journeys, and collaborate with clients to develop a fuller understanding of themselves. I provide an honest, respectful and non-judgmental space for such reflection, in which we can sort through the elements of life that are difficult, whether that is a result of anxiety, depression, trauma, questions of gender or sexuality, grief, body issues, life transitions, illness or other difficulties. Through such work, I hope to foster authentic growth, change and lasting relief for my clients.
I am a graduate of the University of Chicago Crown School of Social Work, and a candidate psychoanalyst at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute. I provide in-depth psychotherapy one to four times weekly to meet the diverse needs of my patients. Finding the right therapist can be difficult, and I am available to answer questions about the process.
