Everyone wants to feel better, but I want to know: how does that look for you? My style is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered, integrating concepts of somatic work, DBT, existential psychotherapy, parts work, EMDR, Neurostimulation and Neurofeedback. I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood sexual assault, domestic violence, emotional abuse and neglect, grief and loss, and other traumas. My clients are living with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and existential questions.
I am inspired by individuals who are seeking to live their authentic lives. If you are searching for permission to be yourself, move through your challenges, take appropriate responsibility for your role in your life, and befriend yourself, I believe you already have the capacity to heal.
I provide a safe space to be seen and heard, to allow difficult feelings to be expressed, and to support change that suits your needs and goals. It can be hard to reach out, so I honor your vulnerability in being here. Let’s take this journey step by step, together.
