I specialize in helping clients find relief from anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, sexual abuse, and the lingering effects of trauma. My approach is centered on compassionate listening and providing feedback to help clients make lasting changes.

I understand that mental health issues can feel painful, isolating and debilitating at times.
