We could all use a little help sometimes working through life's road blocks and getting to the bottom of what got us here in the first place. Since each client's needs are unique, I prefer using an eclectic approach that is grounded in cognitive behavior and psychodynamic therapies aimed at building confidence and strengthen coping skills. I work toward helping clients identify their own troublesome patterns that interfere with living more authentically.

I earned my first masters from Harvard University, then worked in mental health at Indiana University followed by the Diocese of Washington. I returned to school part-time after moving to DC, and earned a second masters in Counseling. My specialties are in individual and family relational distress; chronic health issues; anxiety/depression/OCD; and trauma.

My goals involve empowering clients to investigate what gets in the way of success in relationships, life transitions, parenting, chronic anxiety, or depression. I strive to help others develop a personalized sense of wellness.
