Are you interested in working with a creative therapist who motivates you to progress in therapy. I use active therapies as it is appropriate and requested. I want to see you reach your potential as quickly as possible to restore health and balance to your life.
My specialty is in general mental health (Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar disorder) and addictive disorders. I like to work collaboratively as a team with other clinicians. I frequently work with defense attorneys to develop a clinical treatment plan to assist clients with legal matters. First responders are welcomed here.
My style is eclectic. I match my skill set with each client. Unique to my practice are walk and talk sessions and canine assisted therapy when appropriate. My two dogs accompany me to work often. I use DBT skills work with clients that benefit from that style of therapy.
