My main areas of focus are attachment, trauma, anxiety and depression, and we will implement a variety of intervention modalities, such as EMDR, Parts and Memory, CBT and mindfulness to tailor treatment to each one of your goals. I am also trained in ERP, and as I do not specialize in OCD I seek consultation to ensure I provide my clients with proper care.
Through collaborative work, you will identify patterns of behaviors that no longer align with your values and goals, and start the process to heal those wounds that drag behind you like a heavy weight, so you can live fully and freely in the present.
