Welcome! Are you wanting change and don't know where to start? Working together, in a safe and collaborative environment you can start to understand your deeper feelings in order for you to start on your path towards increased insight, personal growth, change, and improved relationships. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stepmoms and stepfamilies adapting and navigating blended family dynamics. I hold space for my clients to heal, grow, and change through difficult life challenges to live a more connected and congruent life.
Typically, our past experiences and development shape much of our current responses to stressors and life events. I enjoy working with clients to help them make sense of the issues they are going through and identify the changes they would like to make in their lives to heal and grow in order become authentic versions of themselves.
I remember starting therapy myself and how vulnerable a process it was. It takes courage to reach a point where you realize change needs to happen in order to heal and grow and to feel more connected in your relationships. Stepmom Support Group
Now Forming Fall Session! A 6-week group for stepmoms or women dating someone with children to share their experiences of step parenting and build a sense of community with other women in a similar dynamic. This group is meant to provide participants with a space to share with other stepmoms in addition to learning new skills to navigate the challenges of step-parenthood.
