If you found my profile, you may be grappling with issues in your relationship with food and your body. Maybe you’re faced with constant anxiety and pressure to be perfect. You might be looking to work through difficult past experiences or to explore parts of your identity. Maybe you're hoping to improve your relationships or cultivate a new relationship. You may also be feeling burned out in your career and wondering what’s next. If any of these challenges resonate with your experience, we may be a great fit! I specialize in treating trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
Many times my clients have developed ways to cope and protect themselves that no longer serve them. My approach involves addressing behaviors of concern by helping clients identify triggers, build a new repertoire of coping skills, learn to conceptualize issues differently, and explore how past experiences are linked to present concerns.
My clients are some of the most compassionate, resilient, creative, clever, and strong individuals I have ever encountered. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients while they heal, uncover origins of their struggles, and create meaningful and fulfilling lives. I would be honored to support you as you work toward healing.
