With over a decade of experience in mental health, I specialize in recovery from narcissistic abuse, relationship issues, family of origin trauma, and dual diagnosis. I work with clients who are seeking self-discovery and want to break free from destructive cycles. In our initial sessions, when you're ready, we may explore your history—your childhood, relationships, and family dynamics—since these are key elements that shape who you are today. From there, we’ll focus on addressing the negative thoughts and habits rooted in trauma, working together to release the emotional weight that may be holding you back.
My therapeutic approach is Adlerian, attachment-based, polyvagal, CBT, and psychodynamic. As a Codependency Specialist and currently training to become a Narcissistic Abuse Clinician, I focus on these areas because trauma is often caused by individuals with narcissistic traits and codependency is frequently a tool used to function within the dysfunction.
My clinical background combined with my personal experiences help clients feel truly understood. I am deeply committed to doing what’s best for others and my goal is to guide you in healing from past wounds, empowering you to move forward with confidence about a better future.
