Therapy can be used as your time to process, gain insight, learn new skills, self-reflect, and build confidence. It is is a place where you can get support and encouragement without judgement.

I offer support to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, fear of failure, self-worth, relationships, perinatal mental health, body image, or other challenges. I work collaboratively with you and focus on your strengths to help foster change.

My goal is to provide you with a calm, safe, and non-judgmental environment in order to promote growth. I believe in establishing a trusting relationship with my clients first, so we can work together to achieve therapeutic goals.
