I believe in the power of journeying with each client and provide individualized counseling services to those dealing with mood disorders, grief/loss, relationship issues, life transitions and trauma.

I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Grief/Loss, and Somatic & Trauma-focused care. I am also trained in Technology Assisted Counseling.
