I am a licensed clinical psychologist and for 15 years I have helped women of all ages and backgrounds to heal and live full, empowered, and authentic lives. I have worked with women who have a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum struggles, grief, chronic illness, work stress, relationship conflict, and issues related to identity. I am trained in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation - Narrative Therapy (STAIR-NST) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
However, each woman is unique so I will partner with you to build on your strengths and customize therapy to best meet your needs and goals. I offer one-on-one therapy and couples sessions. I am licensed in New York and Florida and currently offering teletherapy services in both locations.
