I focus on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify thoughts that are not serving you. Together we can explore the meaning behind these feelings and ways to combat them. I believe that our thought patterns have a lot to do with our daily life and many of us, for various reasons, are wired to think negatively.
