I work with adult individuals, couples, and young adults to treat anxiety, depression and relationship stress. I use a collaborative approach to help clients examine relational patterns, set appropriate boundaries, and ultimately lead a more conscious lifestyle. Couples and individuals I work with report gaining tools for better communication, the ability to make and execute decisions, and increased intimacy and connection in their relationships.
In a collaborative process, I invite clients to examine their values, patterns, and behaviors to create meaningful, intentional change in their lives. Areas of focus include: Relationship issues/Couples, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions (family planning, career change, job loss, bereavement).
