My heart lies in empowering those in our community who feel lost or disconnected from themselves, helping them heal from trauma, grief, and violence. In our space, we address the wounds that hinder our authentic presence, cultivating our roots to inspire lasting change. I invite anyone ready to tend to their pain and begin the journey of rebuilding their sense of self. Together, we will reclaim your narrative, cultivate resilience, and foster deeper connections both within yourself and with the collective, ultimately guiding you toward a greater sense of wholeness.
I focus on trauma recovery and helping individuals navigate adverse life experiences. At your pace, we will create a culture of care and safety where we can process past experiences, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and restore a sense of dignity and belonging. In this process, we will explore possibilities for healing and create a path toward wellness.
We’ll keep it real as we address the roots of violence and oppression within sociopolitical, historical, and cultural contexts. This will allow us to gain a holistic understanding of how life experiences impact our wellness and relationships. Tending to our wounds takes courage, and remember, you do not have to carry this pain alone.
