Feeling stuck, stressed or overwhelmed? It can be difficult and emotionally taxing to struggle on your own. My goal is to provide a safe place where you can be honest and free of judgement about what is bothering you. And if that involves a few swear words, then so be it!

I use a client-centered and collaborative approach, which means I view the relationship between client and therapist as central to the process of therapy. I've been described by others as warm, approachable, empathetic, patient, and organized. I draw upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each individual client.

I work with adult individuals (ages 18+) and have a passion for helping people with a harsh self-critic, perfectionism, negative self-talk, and imposter syndrome. I also work with anxiety, stress, depression & other mood disorders, and can provide EMDR. I offer affordable no-session-limit therapy as an alternative to insurance. Contact me for availability.
