Life is full of ebbs and flows, times when just “getting through” or “surviving” are at the forefront, and other times when it isn’t enough and we want more for our lives. I would love to partner with you on your journey. I am a client-centered therapist who recognizes that every individual is unique. Therapy should meet you where you are, not fit you into a box. I can be a listening ear, help support you through difficult times, and introduce you to evidence-based strategies to help you overcome your struggles and flourish.
I have worked with a variety of people from different backgrounds who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma memories, managing emotions, relationships, stress, health issues, and more. I have training in a variety of treatments including CBT for Depression and Panic, CPT for PTSD, Transdiagnostic Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and ACT.
I care deeply about helping my clients move toward the life they want, and as a client-centered therapist it is important to me that we honor your experiences and tailor treatment to you as an individual. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person or virtual therapy, and I would love to hear from you!
