I am exceptionally awed at the incremental freedom that comes from engaging stories of harm, trauma, and abuse. The beauty freedom produces led me to seek certification in narrative-focused trauma therapy.
I am a lifelong learner who has studied, believes in, and lives by the philosophy “You can’t take anyone further in their story than you’ve gone in your own.” This guides me to continue learning best practices for my clients and steels my commitment to my own journey. As a musician, I am drawn to explore creative and somatic therapy practices in the arts.
