Our therapy practice embodies a variety of niches and areas of focus. Ideal client's for Lotus Psychotherapy are folks who are motivated to change and value the process of self awareness. We work with tweens, couples, and adults who might be struggling with a multitude of stressors, feelings and barriers. As a collective practice, we have experience with addiction, postpartum, adolescent behaviors, depression, trauma work, grief and anxiety.

We are a group practice of 10 therapists, our approach is therefore eclectic. Our clinical work integrates attachment theory, cognitive behavioral, trauma, somatic and mindfulness. We use a variety of interventions, including but not limited to grounding somatic work, nutrition, CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness.

We have available appointments both in person and virtual! We are a very devoted and empathic group of skilled clinicians who values the therapeutic relationship. This group is for women who are mothers of infants and toddlers 2 years old and younger. This group is a private group for 6-7 mothers who are seeking clinical guidance and support from fellow Mom's through the labyrinth that is motherhood. This is a safe space for Mom's to talk openly under the guidance of a certified postpartum counselor. Additional information: ? Group is 60 minutes long every Friday starting at 6pm. The cost is $50 per group. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 24 hour cancellation policy.

No Matter What- Relapse Prevention

"No Matter What" causes someone to relapse, we believe there is still hope. Relapse often results from old feelings or habits returning to the surface when you’re thrown back into the environment that brought on addiction in the first place. Relapse starts with your emotions and your mind long before it happens in your actions. "No Matter What" is a private support group for 6-7 motivated adults seeking recovery support. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
