Taking care of our emotional well-being is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves, especially when we experience the highs and lows in life. With a little bit of support, I am a firm believer that everyone can navigate through these highs and lows, but sometimes we need a helping hand to do so. During our sessions, you will learn skills and develop a toolbox to help during these times, and will also be able to process and understand trauma, difficulties with anger and depression, disrupting intrusive thoughts and much more. I am highly motivated and passionate about helping everyone that comes through my door!
I work primarily with adolescents (16+) and adults with various goals/concerns, and now provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy via Journey Clinical. I integrate my experience working throughout greater Cincinnati area with numerous mental health organizations into my care and I have my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University.
