Hey there! I work with clients who are experiencing challenging emotions (depression, anxiety, anger), feel like they’re on the edge of burnout (compassion fatigue, eco-grief, difficulty with daily routines), or noticing relationship distress (communication issues, identity and sexuality exploration, boundaries and agreements). I feel passionate about supporting people who care about the world and want to make it a better place.
My approach is rooted in curiosity, consent, and deep care in supporting each client on their unique journey towards healing and personal growth. The main interventions I use are narrative (story-based), relational (connection-based), and parts-work (emotions-based). I aim towards being queer and trans affirming, anti-racist, and sex positive.
Both in the therapy space and beyond, I view the world through social justice and feminist lenses, trying to understand the systems at play and power structures we exist in so that together we can access choice and feel empowered for the long haul.
