I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy, emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) for couples, and I am also working towards an advanced degree in theology. If you would like, I would be happy to offer a Christian-integrated approach to our sessions. My passion lies in helping others overcome past hurts, wounds, and traumas, whether as an individual or as a couple.
