My philosophy of counseling integrates a psychodynamic approach with components of cognitive behavioral therapy. I am certified in addressing trauma through the evidence based practice of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I'll work to help you uncover and address unhelpful ways of thinking, explore events from your past that still impact you today, and make changes that move you closer to being the person you desire to be.
