Women's Support Group

This Women's Support Group was created to offer a social support system and safe space for women in our community. We incorporate fun yet informative psycho-education techniques and skills to apply to your daily life correlated with interactive activities while providing empathy and compassion for each individual that attends. Join us for weekly sessions online via teletherapy for great discussions on topics varying from being a woman in society to healthy relationships, and learn how to foster and implement healthier strategies and skills to assist with navigating through life while encouraging others to grow alongside you!
