I offer a customized approach for each of my clients, starting with understanding where your child is now and the challenges they are facing. Together, we will build a plan to help them move forward, and celebrate their progress along the way. I strongly believe in collaboration with parents and guardians to build cohesion in life outside of sessions.
I have extensive experience working in hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings, addressing concerns of anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal ideation, and self harm. Additionally, my background as a school social worker gives me special insight into the stressors that children often experience in the school setting.
Taking the step to start therapy can feel daunting, I strive to infuse humor and play into my sessions to create a warm and supportive atmosphere.
