Hi there! With over four years of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings including hospital and community mental health, I believe every person brings a unique point of view to the counseling room, that each person is inherently valuable and has the capacity for growth, joy, and true fulfillment. I believe God is writing a story for every individual, redeeming the broken and hurts in our pasts. My first priority is cultivating a safe, warm, and open space for clients to discover themselves, grow, and tackle any barriers that they’ve encountered on their journey.
I practice from a client-centered approach, and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Experiential Therapy techniques, with a trauma-informed lens. In my work, I focus on helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, spiritual/existential issues, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, and emotion regulation.
I see myself as a coach and guide for my clients, helping them discover how their story fits into God's bigger story for our world. I would love to come alongside you on your journey to discover what he has in his plan for you.
