I can help you in three ways. I use CBT, DBT, MI combined with EMDR to help you recover from trauma, and conditioned thoughts that are not serving you any longer. Secondly, I use meditation and mindfulness-based techniques to help you stay in the present moment and be more focused in the NOW. Thirdly, I will be your safe healing haven.
