I have learned throughout my many years of working with adolescents, individuals, and families that without inner peace, we tend to feel stuck, lost and not be able to live the life we desire. My hope is that through individual or family therapy, I can help you create coping tools in areas of your life where you desire change.
When working with people, I tend to use different modalities that best fit the individual. You may be looking for better tools to cope with or a different perspective on your thought process. Some of the modalities I will introduce you too include, DBT, CBT and non-violent communication. All interventions that can help cope, communicate, and solve conflict.
I have 10+ years of experience working with adolescents and families in school-based/day treatment and outpatient treatment settings. This includes collaboration and working with schools, special education departments, human services, and probation, to best meet the needs of client.
