I believe therapy works best when it is done holistically and incorporates both relational connection as well as body-focused approaches. My trauma-informed practice is rooted in Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory. This means we will explore both the mind and the body in our sessions, as well as relationships past and present.
No two people nor two bodies are alike. As such, your therapeutic process will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs. I invite clients to be deeply curious about themselves as I believe this is the key to self-awareness. Together we will collaboratively explore your symptoms and invite deep curiosity to foster understanding and growth.
