My work is based on building honest and genuine connections with my clients to ensure that I am creating a safe, open space for them to share their life and their struggles with someone they can trust.
I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, and interpersonal issues. I often work with teens, adults, and marginalized communities including the LGBTQ+ community. I do so by having an eclectic approach consisting of person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), multicultural counseling, and several others.
