Feeling like depression, anxiety, panic, or relationship issues are getting in the way of your ability to live your best, most fulfilling life? Expecting or recently had a baby and struggling with the transition to motherhood? Feeling stuck in parenthood and hoping to explore your identity and purpose? I would love to help. I work with adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life-changes, and more. I use a client-centered approach to individual clients' problems and work to help them gain insight. I also enjoy educating clients about mental health and teaching specific skills when appropriate.

I draw from a number of disciplines including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) as well.

My goal is to empower clients to gain insight and make changes that lead to a more fulfilling, enjoyable life. I look forward to speaking with you to determine if I could be a good fit for you!
