I have a warm and relaxed style and believe in creating a safe space where compassion, support and humour can live. I received my Masters from Columbia University and am a NY Licensed Psychotherapist and certified SIFI instructor. I also have training in Sex Therapy and Perinatal and Postpartum Therapy.

I believe in an integrative and eclectic approach that incorporates a variety of modalities. I strive to maintain a flexible and communicative environment, so that as individuals needs change, so will our work together. I focus on adults and couples, in addition to supervising other therapists working towards their credentialing.
