I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck at an impasse, professionally, creatively, emotionally or in their relationships. Therapy provides a confidential place to explore and understand those challenges, while offering an open & dynamic space to try new approaches and make changes. I am licensed to practice therapy in both CA & NY which allows flexibility with professionals, university students, family members, and long distance partners. In my work with both creative and high achieving professionals, I have helped to reduce stress by finding balance, meaning, fulfillment and hopefully more moments of joy.

Therapy sessions are conversational with feedback, a touch of humor, and an open, engaged curiosity. I have 20+ years of experience helping people feel more self-aware, confident and emotionally connected to themselves and others.
