| español I am a Latinx, first-generation college graduate and my preferred gender pronouns are her/hers/ella. With nearly 10 yrs of experience providing direct services in the Department of Mental Health, I wanted to expand my psychotherapy services to a greater audience and I think this platform can help me achieve that. I have helped folks with trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, anger issues, gender dysphoria as well as co-occurring substance use disorders, relationship issues and more.
I have worked with people who have legal issues regarding immigration and Department of Child and Family Services involvement. I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, trauma-informed care as well as include mindfulness in my service. I also speak Spanish and only offer telehealth services via VSEE at this time.
I am charismatic and have an aura of comfort as told by many of my clients. I like to create safe spaces and be inclusive to support all walks of life.
