Therapy is most effective when it is customized to meet the needs of the individual and incorporates flexibility, authenticity, and a touch of humor. I believe in the inherent resilience of people and view therapy as an opportunity to build on the strengths we naturally posses. My therapeutic style is supportive, engaged, and collaborative. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I am licensed in New York and California.

I specialize in helping individuals adapt to transitions (in relationships, work/school, family structure), as well as treating anxiety, depression. I integrate evidenced-based techniques to understand the causes of distress and learn new ways to manage emotions. This leads to improved coping, increased agency over choices, and greater life satisfaction.
