I specialize in helping women in their 20’s-40's who struggle with: anxiety, depression, and difficulty trusting themself. Anxiety might show up as dread, worry, tense body, or unproductive ruminations. You may have a hard time making decisions, feel like an imposter or not-good-enough inside. While I primarily work with women, I also work with couples with pre-pregnancy anxiety, the challenges of becoming new parents, and young family transitions. Together we work to discover ways to grow bigger than your anxiety so that you can feel more calm, confident, embodied, and connected to yourself.

Something unique about my approach is I'm a Depth Psychotherapist who helps women deepen their relationship with their intuition (inner knowing). In session, this might look like exploring unconscious patterns, dream analysis, story of origin, and nonverbal body language. Attachment & Somatic theory are integral to the ways I help clients heal and grow.
