Group Therapy - Accepting members

This group is open to individuals, 20’s – 40’s, who wish to develop in personal authenticity and connectedness to others. Working with moment-to-moment interactions we aim to uncover habitual narratives that stand in the way of understanding and being understood by others. Group offers a unique opportunity to be witnessed and to witness the ways in which we protect ourselves, inadvertently preventing ourselves from being a source of and a recipient of vital connection and support. Individuals struggling in relationships, with life transitions, work/career related stress or more general symptoms of anxiety or depression are welcome.
