I offer a trauma-informed, creative, and personalized approach to work with you as you explore how to reconnect to your innate ability to thrive. Together we will explore how your experiences have impacted your relationship to yourself and the world around you through. In session I will bring in existential, somatic, and relational approaches to foster curiosity and creative exploration into how the body and mind carry our past experiences, values, and internalized narratives. I enjoy working with adults 18+ of all genders, existentialists, artists, and bookworms.
My approach examines the meaning making we do throughout our lives and empowers the person to be active in this process. I view the experience of being a person as holistic, focusing on the embodied connections between the self, others, and the world we inhabit.
My work as a therapist is to walk alongside you as we unwind oppressive expectations, systems, and internal patterns. My hope is to co-create a space with you where you can cultivate a life that feels aligned with who you are at your core. My clinical practice is influenced by my love of storytelling, symbolism, music, comedy, and folklore.

This is an in-person six week session of group therapy centered around the use and language of Tarot cards.
